Job Overview
Divulge Gait is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee various projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent leadership abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
